We allow exchanges and returns within 21 days. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have the original store tags attached and in original packaging within 21 days of your order date. If you receive an item that is damaged, please Contact Us directly.
All SALE merchandise, BEAUTY , JEWELRY and ACCESSORIES items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
How to Return Your Order
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label for regular ground shipping.
Please send back all unworn and undamaged items with the tags on all merchandise to:

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return. An $8 Return Fee for the cost of your prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your return.
To ship an item back to LALA LING, please:
- Pack your item(s) in a secure box or envelope and affix the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package. Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package, and please keep in mind that your return will likely find a new home with another customer - pack your item(s) carefully and within the original box they were shipped in.
- Drop your package at a UPS facility, or a location that has a daily UPS pick-up. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.
Once your return is received and approved, Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot process online exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, return your item(s) to our store address. Once we receive your order we will email you a store credit that can be used to place a new order.

LALA LING takes pride in merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from independent designers and artists. Please keep in mind that products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Handmade goods and other items can often vary in color, style, and pattern than those pictured. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster.
