Shipping Policy

 

 All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your order date from Los Feliz, California.  

Please note: during holiday seasons, shipping might take us longer.

We ship all packages vis UPS and USPS.

Priority 2-4 Days

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive  a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please check your email for tracking number. 

Please note: it may take up to 48 hours from the time we scan your package to when tracking information is available. 

Oversized Shipping

For some larger and heavier items, you will incur a flat Oversized Shipping Fee to ensure your items are protected during shipment and your shipping charges are covered.  This fee ranges between $20-$40 for locations within the continental United States, and $50 for international locations.

Duties & Taxes

All international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Lost & Stolen Packages

We are not held responsible for lost and stolen packages, and will not refund or replace your order. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
